What are the space requirements for your inflatables? 
The LARGE Bounce Castle and the Princess Palace have a footprint of about 15’x21’ and are about 12’ tall.  An additional clearance of 10 ft is recommended on each side of the bounce house. Nothing should be above the bounce house (trees, building overhangs, electrical wires, etc).

The MEDIUM Bounce Castle has a footprint of about 13’x18’ and is about 11’ tall. An additional clearance of 10 ft is recommended on each side of the bounce house. Nothing should be above the bounce house (trees, building overhangs, electrical wires, etc).

The Bounce and Slide Combo unit has a footprint of about 12’x14’, and is about 9’ tall. An additional clearance of 10 ft is recommended on each side of the bounce house. Nothing should be above the bounce house (trees, building overhangs, electrical wires, etc).


Payment Terms: 
$50 non-refundable* deposit is required to hold the reservation. Deposit must be placed on a credit/debit card.. The balance can be paid:
-Credit card on file. The balance will be charged to the card the day of your event. 
-Check, if received at least 2 weeks prior to the event. If the check is not received 2 weeks prior to the event, or if the check does not clear, the balance will be applied to the credit card the day of your event.

What are the electrical requirements?
You will need a regular, 3 pronged outlet to provide electricity to the blower. The cord to the blower is about 6’ long. 


Can the inflatables be set up inside? 
Yes, provided you have a large open space, like a gym. We will provide sandbags to hold the inflatable in place. 


What is your weather policy? 
We do not have a formal weather policy. Rescheduling and cancellations are evaluated on a case by case basis. If you feel that the weather will disrupt your event, please contact us, by phone, as soon as possible. Latest cancellation is 3 hours prior to the delivery time or start time. 


Can we pick up our equipment instead of having it delivered? 
Sorry, we do not offer pickup of our rental equipment. 


What is the Property Damage Insurance? 
The Property Damage Insurance protects you from being charged for repairs to the rental equipment, should the equipment be accidentally damaged in your care. You will still be responsible for intentional damage to the equipment. You are also responsible for unintentional and intentional bodily injuries, death, and property damage to property not owned by BlackRose Parties, which results from hauling, installation, and use and misuse of the equipment. 


How long is the rental time? 
The prices listed allow you up to 8 hours of rental time. If your event is longer, please contact us for availability, and price. 


Can we keep the equipment overnight? 
Overnight rentals are available, please contact us for availability and pricing. 


Do you have attendants for the equipment? 
BlackRose Parties does not have attendants for the equipment. By renting with us, you assume responsibility for maintaining safe use of the equipment. 

What are your hours? 

We run 24/7/365. Open all holidays and every Sunday.
